MONEY MIND WORKSHOP – SATURDAY, JUNE 9, 2018

This program is part of a series of topic focused offerings at MSUC in the powerful reflective process of The Work of Byron Katie.

The Work is a powerful and compassionate practice that enable us to identify and inquire into the stressful thoughts, beliefs and stories that keep us stuck and disconnect us from deeper wisdom and peace. This program is open to all experience levels in The Work.

What could it mean to LIVE LIFE really FREE in your thinking about MONEY?

Money Mind is a one-day workshop with Caitlin Frost, Certified Facilitator and Coach on Saturday, June 9 from 9am to 5pm

Our stress, confusion, attachment and thinking about money can be the focus of a substantial amount of our time and life energy. It can also impact our lives unconsciously, as we seek or avoid money, or carry stressful stories about what we believe we need, what will happen if we have it or if we don’t and what it all means about who we are and what is possible in our lives.

● What are the stressful limiting stories you carry about money?

● Where does your own thinking keep you impoverished and stuck (whether you have money or not?)

● What important money conversations are you not having in your personal life or business?

Join us to inquire into your own limited money stories using “The Work”.

All experience levels welcome.

Cost: $100. If the cost is a barrier to your participation, please contact MSUC at mtsuc@shaw.ca  to inquire about bursary support.

Please bring a bag lunch.
