Through silent and guided meditations, we encourage the development of mindful awareness of our own thoughts, feelings and sensations. Rev. Carla Wilks leads a monthly meditation session, held the first Monday of every month.

Yoga For Healing

Join Kirsten Harkins (CYA-RYT200) for 75 minutes of breath-based flow for all levels. This practice may bring more strength & flexibility to your body, as well as a clearer, calmer mind. All you need to bring to take part is a yoga mat & an open mind (& two yoga blocks & a blanket are recommended, but not necessary).
