Gospel Choir Rehearsal

Join Marcus Mosely and Dominique Hogan for a Thursday evening rehearsal at 7 pm to prepare and receive rehearsal tracks for worship on the following Sunday,10 am.
Meditation

Through silent and guided meditations, we encourage the development of mindful awareness of our own thoughts, feelings and sensations. Rev. Carla Wilks leads a monthly meditation session, held the first Monday of every month.

Yoga For Healing

Join Kirsten Harkins (CYA-RYT200) for 60 minutes of breath-based flow for all levels. This practice may bring more strength & flexibility to your body, as well as a clearer, calmer mind. All you need to bring to take part is a yoga mat & an open mind (& two yoga blocks & a blanket are recommended, but not necessary).
