Worship team
The Worship Team at Mount Seymour United Provides support and leadership in the development of worship for all ages.
Welcomes new membership at any time.
Includes:
- Creation of themes for overarching worship periods
- Decoration of the sanctuary
- Logistics of the worship services
- Music for worship services
- Arrange for guests to take part in worship services
Creates educational programs of interest to all ages.
Includes:
- Adult bible study
- Life groups
- Meditation
- Soul collage
- Second hour – time after the worship service to further discuss the worship topic
Encourages development of programs for children, youth and other age groups.
Includes:
- Children’s community
- Youth group
- Summer camp and other events with other church communities
- Community events involving crafts, food and a short worship
