Yoga for healing
Join Kirsten Harkins (CYA-RYT200) for 60 minutes of breath-based flow for all levels. This practice may bring more strength & flexibility to your body, as well as a clearer, calmer mind. All you need to bring to take part is a yoga mat & an open mind (& two yoga blocks & a blanket are recommended, but not necessary).

Cost & purpose
All proceeds will be donated to the United Church of Canada’s “Healing Fund” to support Truth & Reconciliation efforts. Drop-ins available, space permitting, with a suggested donation of $10/class.
